Refunds & Returns
I create high quality prints and other products. Making sure that they are well packed to ensure safe arrival at your home is of the highest importance to me.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the products or it got damaged on the trip please contact me immediately and I will take care of it asap, either by refund or replacement.
Sometimes also (in very bad cases) items get lost in the mail. In that case I will also refund or replace your item.
If you received the wrong item I will of course also refund or replace your item.

When a refund is processed it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at our contact us again.

My store is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell my products and Services to you.

I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that I offer. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
